A management retreat is a safe environment away from the office and interruptions where a specific concentrated pre-determined amount of time is spent so that the executive staff can identify real concerns and business issues. 

We will ask and answer questions such as:

·         What does a perfect company look like? Create the vision and feeling. 

·         What can be accomplished if the company was perfect? 

·         What is keeping your company from doing that? 

·         How do we accomplish this?

·         Who and what will be the Bottlenecks/Obstacles

·         What is the priority and sequence? 

·         Assign responsibility

·         Set measurements to monitor results

·         We do a review with the company’s President and 

There is no agenda -- If the process is broken – we will fix it.
