Bill has more than 40 years’ experience providing the strategic skills and solutions necessary for businesses to exceed their vision.
During his long and successful career, he served as Strategic Operations and Finance Manager for Maryland Specialty Wire. In that position, Bill was responsible for the strategic planning and productivity improvements which made MSW the most profitable company in its division. In addition, he participated as a representative of MSW in an anti-dumping suit against the Japanese wire industry.
As the Senior Vice President of Poly-Seal Corporation, he was part of a management team that took Poly-Seal out of bankruptcy to become the largest and most profitable, privately-held injection molding company in the industry. During that time, he was involved in several acquisitions, implemented many state-of-the-art strategic-planning, logistical, business process, inventory and process control systems which led to zero inventory losses and Poly-Seal’s achieving the status as one of the most profitable in the industry.
Bill then founded Integrity Management Technologies which was designed to provide the systems, strategic planning and operational support for large to mid-size companies. Under that banner, he worked with many clients in almost all areas of business including:
In 2005, Bill re-branded his company as Integrity Management and created a relationship with a global network of certified business specialists all working as Independent Senior Business Associates of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB). Under this structure, Integrity Management has offered its clients solutions suited to their specific needs anywhere in the world. Its clients now range from start-ups, established companies looking to grow or improve profitability to aggressive growth companies.
Bill makes time to work with physically and mentally challenged children every Saturday teaching them the skills and fun of both indoor and outdoor soccer. He is also a member of the Bel Air, Maryland Rotary Club.
